Job summary

SiXworks seeks an Infrastructure Engineering Manager to balance people leadership with hands‑on delivery across cloud, networking, platforms & servers, end‑user compute, scripting and ITIL‑based service management in secure environments. You will line‑manage engineers, develop their skills, set objectives and ensure delivery aligns with business needs.

Your role includes recruitment and onboarding, coaching and mentoring, driving capacity planning with the Operations team, contributing to

Qualifications

• Background in engineering or infrastructure operations.
• ITIL Foundation (desirable).
• Technical certifications in Azure, Cisco, VMware or M365 are beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Manage a large team of engineers, 1:1s, objectives and performance.
• Mentor, coach and develop team members' skills.
• Recruitment and onboarding of new engineers.
• Contribute to architectural reviews and technology strategy.
• Promote engineering processes and ensure delivery across BAU and projects.
