Job summary

Tata Technologies Limited is seeking a Project Engineer to develop and validate infotainment displays for automotive cockpits. You will lead system specifications, integrate displays with vehicle architecture, and coordinate DFMEA and validation plans to ensure production readiness.

Ideal candidates have extensive experience in display development and automotive electronics, with strong documentation and supplier-management skills.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in displays development for automotive electronics.
• Experience with system lifecycle, V-Model, and test procedures.
• Experience in risk management and DFMEA creation.
• Ability to produce formal professional documentation.
• Knowledge of CAN/LIN/Ethernet and related tools.
• Experience with hardware design, testing, and integration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee supplier management and cross-functional teams.
• Lead development roadmap for future cockpit displays.
• Write detailed system specifications for displays.
• Integrate displays with vehicle architecture.
• Coordinate DFMEA and vehicle validation plans.
• Sign-off launch readiness for production and perform tests on road cars.
• Drive issue resolution with hardware and software suppliers.
