Job summary

Isomorphic Labs in London is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager, InfoSec, to translate security strategy into engineering reality across AI-driven drug discovery. Reporting to the CISO, you will own the InfoSec roadmap, partner with engineering and ML teams, and drive complex security initiatives from conception to delivery in a highly regulated landscape.

Qualifications

• Deep fluency across Security, Tech, and AI to partner with senior engineers and researchers.
• Proven track record of driving complex roadmaps from concept to delivery.
• Ability to balance security posture, technical debt and research velocity without stalling innovation.
• Exceptional ability to influence across engineering, ML, and business teams without formal authority.
• Translate CISO objectives into technical requirements and actionable plans for leadership.

Responsibilities

• Structure and drive multi-quarter security project roadmap, balancing long-term strategic initiatives with immediate business needs.
• Lead ad-hoc initiatives and high-priority data/security transfers for regulated environments.
• Drive end-to-end delivery of security projects with engineers, navigating ecosystem constraints.
• Educate and advocate for InfoSec across the business, acting as a product manager for security capabilities.
• Build relationships with engineers, researchers and leaders to provide balanced security recommendations to leadership.
• Design automated data-driven dashboards for CISOs and engineering leaders to monitor program health and risk metrics.
