Job summary

Isomorphic Labs is actively seeking an Information Security Technical Program Manager to translate security strategy into engineering reality, reporting to the CISO and coordinating with the TPM discipline lead. You will secure proprietary AI models and embed Zero Trust across a fast-moving, highly regulated research environment.

As a technical enabler, you will partner with engineering and ML teams to tackle architectural bottlenecks, protect drug discovery pipelines, and provide leadership

Qualifications

• Deep fluency across Security, Tech, and AI, enabling effective partnership with senior engineers and researchers.
• Proven track record of driving complex roadmaps from concept to delivery in high-stakes environments.
• Ability to make calculated trade-offs between security posture, technical debt, and research velocity without stalling innovation.

Responsibilities

• Structure and drive multi-quarter security project roadmap, balancing long-term strategic initiatives with immediate business needs.
• Lead ad-hoc initiatives and high-priority business requests, such as securing sensitive data transfers and architecting guardrails for AI workflows.
• Drive end-to-end delivery of security projects by working with engineers and navigating the Alphabet/Google ecosystem.
