Job summary

AIOS is seeking a Head of Information Security & Systems to build the secure foundation enabling global scale while protecting patient trust, data privacy, and regulatory compliance. You’ll own cybersecurity strategy, identity/access controls, incident response, and security architecture across healthcare, technology platforms, and pharmacy infra.

You’ll translate risk into practical controls, lead security programs, collaborate with engineering, legal, and exec teams, and drive remediation

Qualifications

• Experience leading cybersecurity in a fast-growing organization.
• Expertise across IAM, endpoint security, cloud security.
• Built or significantly improved a security program, including roadmap and controls.
• Autonomy to operate in evolving environments with limited structure.
• Strong judgement to implement proportionate controls without slowing the business.
• Incident leadership in high-severity events and effective containment.

Responsibilities

• Own cybersecurity strategy, roadmap, and operating model across AIOS entities and geographies.
• Lead security operations, incident response, and post-incident learning and remediation.
• Maintain identity, access, and endpoint security; manage onboarding/offboarding and device management.
• Partner with engineering to strengthen application and cloud security and protect data.
• Translate healthcare, privacy, and security requirements into practical controls; lead audits.
