Job Title: IT Administrator

Location: High Wycombe, Bucks

Salary: £24,000 - £27,000 depending on experience - £1,000 company performance bonus per year

Working hours: Monday - Friday, 8:45 am - 5:00 pm

Work from home: 1 day per week

Job Description

The role involves supporting the Systems Team in maintaining the NetSuite ERP system, other applications, and IT infrastructure. Responsibilities include first-line NetSuite support, project tasks, user training, general IT support, and coordinating IT subcontracted services.

Key Duties

• Manage, develop, and support the NetSuite database
• Act as the first point of contact for NetSuite user support, resolve simple issues, log tickets, and escalate when necessary
• Provide NetSuite induction and user training as needed
• Handle first-line general IT duties, such as resolving IT issues, supporting new starters and leavers, and assisting with maintenance and troubleshooting of IT systems and services
