Contract Duration: 22 August 2025 – 24 October 2025

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday

Job Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Migration Support Technician to support a major hardware refresh project. This role involves ensuring a smooth device migration process for end users, working closely with the Contractor Engineer and Site Manager to coordinate device movements, assist users, and maintain accurate records throughout the migration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and manage the Refresh Clinic for device migrations.
• Move devices from onsite storage to the Refresh Clinic as needed.
• Assist users with system logins and laptop refreshes.
• Distribute new devices and collect old ones according to the migration schedule.
• Update the workflow management system accurately at each step.
• Report and escalate issues during migration.
• Perform daily manual stock checks and report findings.
• Ensure secure packaging and storage of devices for disposal or refurbishment.
• Lock and secure all equipment at the end of each day.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Experience in IT support, device migration, or technical refresh projects.

• Ability to follow structured processes and meet deadlines.
