Contract Duration: 22 August 2025 – 24 October 2025

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday

Security Clearance: Active SC Clearance Required – Only candidates with current SC clearance will be considered

Job Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Migration Support Technician to assist with a major hardware refresh project. The role involves supporting a smooth device migration process for end users, working closely with the Contractor Engineer and Site Manager to coordinate device movements, assist users, and maintain accurate records throughout the migration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and manage the Refresh Clinic for device migrations.
• Transport devices from onsite storage to the Refresh Clinic as needed.
• Assist users with system logins and laptop refreshes.
• Distribute new devices and collect old devices according to schedule.
• Update the workflow management system accurately at each step.
• Report and escalate issues encountered during migration.
• Perform daily manual stock checks and document findings.
• Ensure secure packaging and storage of devices for disposal or refurbishment.
• Lock and secure all equipment at the end of each day.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Experience in IT support, device migration, or technical refresh projects.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow structured processes and meet deadlines.
• Experience with workflow management systems.
• Good problem-solving skills and issue reporting.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Must hold an active SC clearance to qualify for this role.
