Location: Portsmouth, UK

Contract Duration: 22 August 2025 – 24 October 2025

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday

Security Clearance: Active SC Clearance Required – Only candidates with current SC clearance will be considered

Job Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Migration Support Technician to assist with a major hardware refresh project. This role is crucial in ensuring a smooth device migration process for end users. The technician will collaborate with the Contractor Engineer and Site Manager to coordinate device movements, assist users, and maintain accurate records throughout the migration.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Set up and manage the Refresh Clinic for device migrations.
2. Transport devices from onsite storage to the Refresh Clinic as required.
3. Help users log into systems and refresh laptops.
4. Distribute new devices and collect old ones according to the migration schedule.
5. Update the workflow management system accurately at each step.
6. Report and escalate any issues during migration.
7. Perform daily manual stock checks and report findings.
8. Ensure secure packaging and storage of devices for disposal or refurbishment.
9. Lock and secure all equipment at the end of each day.

Required Skills & Experience:
