IT Support Analyst – 2nd Line - Permanent – Edinburgh

Change Digital is currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established Scottish organization with offices in Edinburgh and Glasgow. They are seeking a 2nd Line Support IT Analyst to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking company that values a supportive, collaborative, and innovative culture.

Skills required include:

Maintaining and deploying the company’s laptop and desktop operating systems and applications (OS Application Deployment)
Experience with Windows 10, MS Office, Active Directory, MS Exchange, and iOS configuration (including EMM experience)
