IT Service Delivery Manager

Location: Hybrid / Coventry (1 day a week)

We are working with one of the UK's most significant organizations, impacting daily life and undergoing an innovative transformation to revolutionize UK infrastructure and positively influence the environment.

The IT Service Delivery Manager will be responsible for managing all tier-1 IT vendors to ensure world-class, stable, and scalable IT services.

Responsibilities include managing day-to-day operations and shaping a new supplier operating model to maximize performance and ensure appropriate partnerships.

Essential experience:

• Strong IT service delivery experience in large, complex environments.
• Proven track record managing large vendors with significant service agreements.
• Experience working with major suppliers and managing diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to tailor approaches to various stakeholders and handle difficult conversations.
• Experience delivering IT services for both IT vendors and end-user businesses is advantageous but not essential.

This role offers a flexible working environment with approximately one day a week in Coventry, adaptable based on business needs.

The salary is up to £75,000, negotiable based on experience.
