IT Service Delivery Manager

Location: Hybrid / Coventry (1 day a week)

We are working with one of the UK's most significant organizations, which is undergoing an innovative transformation to revolutionize UK infrastructure and positively impact the environment.

As IT Service Delivery Manager, you will manage all tier-1 IT vendors to ensure world-class, stable, and scalable IT services. You will also shape a new supplier operating model to maximize performance and align with strategic goals.

Experience leading large vendors in complex organizations is essential. You will have SME technical support, with a focus on IT Service Delivery capabilities. Experience managing IT services for both vendors and end-user businesses is advantageous but not essential.

Ideal experience includes:

• Strong IT service delivery experience in large, complex environments
• Proven track record managing large vendors and service agreements
• Experience working with major suppliers and stakeholders
• Ability to tailor approaches to different stakeholders and handle difficult conversations
• Experience delivering IT services for both IT vendors and end users (advantageous but not essential)

The role offers flexible working, with approximately one day per week in Coventry, subject to business needs. The salary is up to £75,000, negotiable.
