Job description

SaaS company that has doubled in size in the last two years, and who Apply have looked after for over five years, are looking for a hands-on IT Service Delivery Manager to own their IT operations, service standards, and security compliance.

This is a very varied and key role for this SaaS business which will be suited to someone who is equally comfortable resolving Google Workspace issue’s as you are at leading an ISO 27001 audit, looking after Cyber Essential’s or coordinating a 24x7 on-call support rota.

As the IT Service Delivery Manager, you will responsible for managing the internal IT environment, ensuring the office infrastructure is reliable, and maintaining security certifications for Cyber Essentials.

Supporting and working closely with DevOps and software engineering teams to support operational processes and drive continuous service improvement.

Experience of working in a help desk environment and being in a hands-on engineering role in your career will be helpful in this role.

You may potentially have operated as an IT Manager role in a smaller environment where you do a range of service management, technical support (such as installing a new operating system’s etc) and own processes for ISO or Cyber Essentials.

Knowledge of any of the following is of interest but not essential:ITIL, Prince2 or similar qualification’sISO 27001 or Cyber EssentialsDevOps, AWS or MDM.
