You’ll inherit a profitable desk, a high-performing team and a blank canvas to scale. Collaborate with the permanent team to cross-sell contract solutions, open new markets and take the division to new heights.

What You’ll Actually Do
Lead from the front: bill, mentor and set the tone.
Scale the team: grow from two to four and beyond with a clear, profitable strategy.
Develop talent: coach high-performing recruiters and shape future leaders.
Own the numbers: full P&L responsibility and freedom to drive commercial success.
Collaborate to dominate: maximise client value by aligning with the permanent division.
You Are
A seasoned tech contract recruiter (data, DevOps, change/transformation preferred).
A player-coach - equally effective billing and leading.
Commercially switched-on with P&L as your scorecard for success.
Hungry to build a legacy, not just run a desk.
Tech-literate and AI-curious - not intimidated by new systems.
