Role Summary

The role requires an experienced IT professional to join a small, dedicated team servicing over 450 engineering and support staff. The engineer will assist in delivering IT projects, working to agreed timescales and coordinating with senior engineers. The position is hybrid, based at Capula’s head office in Stone, Staffordshire, with a minimum of two days per week in the office.

Requirements

• Higher education computer-related qualification or comparable industry experience.
• Experience working in an IT team, including delivering projects.
• Understanding of networking tools, antivirus, and security applications.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server and Active Directory.
• Preferably formal ITIL training or experience working within an ITIL system.

Technology

• Microsoft Windows Server, SharePoint, Office 365, VMWare.
• Dell servers and laptops, Apple phones and tablets.
• Clients using Microsoft Windows 11, Microsoft Office, Visio, Project, AutoCAD.
• Sophos Endpoint Security, FortiGate Firewalls & VPN.
• Veeam Backup & Recovery.
• HP Network Switches, Kyocera Printers.
