Job description

Location: Oxted, Surrey | Hybrid Working

Healthcare | Corporate Strategy | Business Analysis | Project Management | Service Development

An Exciting Opportunity to Help Shape the Future of a Growing Healthcare Business.

Are you a commercially minded, analytical and proactive professional with experience in healthcare, business strategy and project delivery?

We are recruiting for an exciting Business Analyst opportunity within a growing, ambitious and forward-thinking healthcare organisation.

Working closely with the Chief of Staff, you'll play a key role in supporting corporate strategy, analysing business performance, managing strategic projects and helping design and launch new healthcare services.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has had experience working in a healthcare organisation, scale-up or consulting background who enjoys combining data-driven analysis with hands-on project delivery.

The Role

You’ll work directly with the Chief of Staff, supporting strategic decision-making, identifying opportunities for growth and ensuring key business initiatives are delivered successfully.

This is a varied, high-impact position requiring someone who is equally comfortable analysing complex data, presenting commercial recommendations and taking ownership of projects from concept through to implementation.

Key Responsibilities
Corporate Strategy & Business Analysis
  • Working closely with the Chief of Staff to support corporate strategy, business planning and growth initiatives.
  • Analysing business performance, operational data and commercial opportunities.
  • Developing reports, dashboards and presentations to support senior management decision-making.
  • Identifying trends, inefficiencies and opportunities to improve business performance.
  • Conducting market research, competitor analysis and commercial assessments.
  • Translating complex data into clear, actionable business recommendations.
Project Management & Service Development
  • Leading and coordinating strategic projects from initial concept through to successful delivery.
  • Supporting the design, development and launch of new healthcare services.
  • Developing project plans, timelines, budgets and performance measures.
  • Coordinating internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure successful implementation.
  • Monitoring project progress, identifying risks and resolving challenges.
  • Evaluating the performance of new services and recommending improvements.
Business Operations & Growth
  • Supporting operational improvements and the implementation of new processes.
  • Working cross-functionally with clinical, operational and commercial teams.
  • Developing business cases and assessing the feasibility of new initiatives.
  • Supporting the introduction of systems and processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
  • Providing strategic and analytical support to the Chief of Staff on wider business priorities.
Who Are We Looking For?

We're looking for someone highly analytical, commercially aware, organised and confident taking ownership of complex projects.

You’ll ideally have:

  • Previous experience in business analysis, strategy, consulting, project management or a similar role.
  • A background within the healthcare sector is essential.
  • Experience working within a start-up, scale-up or consulting environment.
  • Proven experience designing, developing and successfully launching new services, ideally within healthcare.
  • Strong project management skills, with experience delivering initiatives from concept to completion.
  • Excellent data analysis skills and confidence working with complex datasets.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with reporting or business intelligence tools.
  • Strong commercial awareness and the ability to translate data into strategic recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including confidence working with senior stakeholders.
  • The ability to manage competing priorities, work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with excellent attention to detail.
The Ideal Candidate

You’ll be someone who combines strategic thinking with a hands-on approach.

Someone who can analyse the numbers, understand the bigger commercial picture and then take responsibility for turning ideas into tangible results.

You’ll be comfortable operating in an evolving business, where priorities can change and where initiative, adaptability and sound judgement are essential.

Most importantly, you’ll have genuine healthcare experience and understand what it takes to successfully develop and launch new services.

Why Join?
  • Work closely with the Chief of Staff and senior leadership team.
  • Play an important role in shaping corporate strategy and future growth.
  • Take ownership of meaningful projects and new healthcare service launches.
  • Join an ambitious, growing organisation where your contribution will have a visible impact.
  • Enjoy a varied role combining strategy, analysis and project management.
  • Benefit from hybrid working and opportunities for professional development.

If you're an ambitious Business Analyst with healthcare experience, strong project management capabilities and a passion for building and improving services, we'd love to hear from you.
