This is a high-impact leadership role where you will manage a talented development team, own system architecture, and deliver scalable, business-critical solutions supporting global operations.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a high-performing internal development team across all major technical initiatives.
• Design and evolve a robust, scalable systems & data landscape.
• Ensure 24/7 system reliability.
• Promote best practices throughout the SDLC and maintain clear documentation.
• Mentor team members and stakeholders in modern tools and methodologies.
• Collaborate with IT and business leaders to develop innovative, value-driven solutions.
• Work with vendors to ensure smooth operation of key systems like ERP, QMS, and PLM.

Qualifications:

• Hands-on leadership experience in tech development within the Medical Device or advanced manufacturing sectors.
• Proficiency in architecting and designing systems.
• Experience leading support teams in a global, 24/7 operational environment.
• Expertise in Azure, Java, and API integration.
