This is a high-impact role involving leadership of a talented development team, system architecture ownership, and delivering scalable, business-critical solutions for global operations.

What you’ll do:

1. Lead a high-performing internal development team across major technical initiatives
2. Architect and develop a robust, scalable systems and data landscape
3. Ensure 24/7 system reliability
4. Champion best practices across the SDLC and maintain accurate documentation
5. Mentor team members and stakeholders in modern tools and methods
6. Collaborate with IT and business leaders to develop innovative, value-driven solutions
7. Work with vendors to ensure smooth operation of key systems like ERP, QMS, and PLM

What you bring:

2. Expertise in architecting and designing current and new systems

4. Proficiency in Azure, Java, and API integration
