This is a high-impact opportunity to lead a talented development team, own system architecture, and deliver scalable, business-critical solutions that support global operations.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a high-performing internal development team across major technical initiatives
• Architect and evolve a robust, scalable systems and data landscape
• Ensure 24/7 system reliability
• Champion best practices across SDLC and maintain sharp documentation
• Coach and mentor team members and stakeholders in modern tools and methods
• Collaborate with IT and business leaders to develop clever, value-driven solutions for complex needs
• Work with top-tier vendors to ensure smooth operation of key systems like ERP, QMS, and PLM

Requirements:

• Hands-on leadership experience in tech development within the Medical Device or advanced manufacturing sectors
• Expertise in architecting and designing current and new systems
• Proven experience leading support teams maintaining applications for a global, 24/7 operational business
• Deep knowledge of Azure, Java, and API integration
• Extensive vendor management experience, especially with ERP, QMS, and PLM systems
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on coaching and team development
