Location: Europe (preferably UK, France, Netherlands, Italy) - Remote

This role offers a unique opportunity to lead a talented development team, own system architecture, and deliver scalable solutions that support global operations.

What you’ll do:

• Lead a high-performing internal development team on major technical initiatives
• Architect and develop a robust, scalable systems and data landscape
• Ensure 24/7 system reliability
• Implement best practices across SDLC and maintain documentation
• Mentor team members and stakeholders in modern tools and methodologies
• Collaborate with IT and business leaders to develop innovative, value-driven solutions
• Work with vendors to ensure smooth operation of key systems like ERP, QMS, and PLM

What You Bring:

• Hands-on leadership experience in tech development, preferably in Medical Devices or advanced manufacturing
• Experience in architecting and designing systems
• Proven support leadership in a global, 24/7 operational environment
• Expertise in Azure, Java, and API integration
• Experience managing vendors, especially with ERP, QMS, and PLM systems
