This is a high-impact leadership role involving managing a talented development team, owning system architecture, and delivering scalable solutions to support global operations.

What you’ll do:

• Lead a high-performing internal development team across major technical initiatives
• Architect and evolve a robust, scalable systems & data landscape
• Ensure 24/7 system reliability
• Champion best practices across SDLC and maintain clear documentation
• Coach and mentor team members and stakeholders in modern tools & methods
• Partner with IT and business leaders to develop innovative, value-driven solutions
• Collaborate with vendors to ensure smooth operation of key systems like ERP, QMS, and PLM

What You Bring:

• Hands-on leadership experience in tech development within the Medical Device or advanced manufacturing sectors
• Expertise in architecting and designing systems
• Proven experience supporting global, 24/7 operational applications
• Proficiency in Azure, Java, and API integration
