Job summary

Kingspan Data Solutions in Hull, on-site, is seeking an Information Systems Asset Co-Ordinator to manage the full lifecycle of IT hardware and software. You will maintain asset records, support provisioning for staff, and drive compliance across global teams.

Job Title: Information Systems Asset Co-Ordinator

Location : Hull, full time on site

What will you be doing?

The IS Asset Coordinator will work alongside the IS Technical and Security teams to manage the full lifecycle of technology hardware and software—from procurement to disposal—ensuring accurate inventory records, compliance with policies, optimal utilisation, and efficient provisioning to support business operations. They act as the central point for tracking "who has what," reducing costs through waste elimination, and maintaining a reliable "single source of truth" for IT infrastructure.

• Raising and managing the spend against CAPEXs for the purchase of IT equipment.
• Management of the IT Administrator roles within the UK.
• Responsible for reporting on assets ad holding regular meeting with the global teams to raise issues and non-compliance of the processes.
• Ensure all requests for new equipment are logged on the IT Helpdesk software
• Liaise with IS Technical support to ensure new employees have equipment setup ready for starting employment with the business.
• Responsible for ensuring the completion of compliance requests in a timely manner and escape any breach/failures to the IS Technical Manager
• All processes and procedures for compliance controls evidence gathering are documented and kept up to date
• Lifecycle Management: Oversee assets from procurement through deployment, maintenance, and final disposal.
• Inventory & Tracking: Maintain accurate records of all hardware (laptops, phones, servers) and software licenses in IT Asset Management (ITAM) tools.
• Logistics & Fulfilment: Coordinate the receipt, allocation, dispatch, and recovery of equipment for joiners, movers, and leavers (JML).
• Compliance & Audits: Ensure equipment compliance, conduct audits, and investigate discrepancies or missing hardware.
• Data Reporting: Generate reports on asset usage, and risks to support strategic decisions.
• Vendor Liaison: Work with suppliers for repairs, replacements, and renewals.
• Experience with an IT asset management
• Knowledge of Active Directory

• Technical experience of Microsoft Windows
