You will manage the information systems and reporting team, acting as the lead technical role in the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of both in-house and professional systems and reporting across the college. You will be responsible for improvements to college systems and for creating and maintaining business intelligence reporting.
You will utilize software development techniques that involve extensive staff engagement. Therefore, the role includes working with your team across the college to deliver meaningful training on systems and reporting, accounting for the technical expertise of your audience.
You should have a UK Honours degree or ENIC-recognized degree in a relevant discipline and a minimum of Level 2 in numeracy and literacy. You should also have knowledge and experience in using SQL Server, Reporting Services, and SQL Server Management Studio, and be competent in Oracle, with excellent MS Suite and general IT skills. Additionally, experience in managing a team is required.
