Job summary

Epilepsy Action is recruiting an Information and Support Officer to join our Information and Support Hub. You will provide confidential advice and practical resources to people living with epilepsy, their families and carers, across multiple channels including phone, webchat and email.

This hybrid role requires a minimum 40% in-office presence at our Yeadon, Leeds site (Mondays and Thursdays). A DBS check is required and the role offers a starting salary of £30,812.94 with progression

Responsibilities

• Provide confidential advice, resources and support to people affected by epilepsy, empowering them to navigate challenges with confidence.
• Make referrals to Epilepsy Action's other services as needed to assist individuals and their families.
• Support the Information and Support Hub model by engaging with callers via telephone, webchat and email to deliver reliable, compassionate information.
