Job summary

Team Medical is recruiting Male Support Workers who have an adaptable and bubbly personality and can motivate the client in Southampton to complete daily tasks, assist with medication, and help with household chores.

Shift times are 08:00-20:00 and 20:00-08:00 with full or part‑time hours; paid training, enhanced DBS, a £250 joining bonus, and 28 days holiday pro rata are offered, along with 24/7 office support.

Qualifications

• Must have a positive attitude and be able to tune into others.
• Full paid training is provided.
• Enhanced DBS check is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the client with prompting of daily living and independent tasks.
• Help with medication prompts and meal preparation.
• Support with housework and community activities.
• Ensure client safety during daily routines.
