We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Data Quality Analyst to join the Children and Families Mental Health Sub-Division. This pivotal role supports clinical teams and senior leaders by ensuring the accurate capture, analysis, and reporting of service data, helping to improve patient safety, patient experience, and the effective day-to-day operation of mental health services.
Working closely with clinical and service leads, particularly within Specialist CAMHS, you will lead on the timely collection, validation, analysis, and presentation of data to support operational and strategic decision-making. You will be responsible for collating and supplying information for monthly performance reporting and ad hoc reporting requirements, while driving improvements in data quality and information management processes.
The successful candidate will be a proactive and highly organised individual with strong analytical and reporting skills, experience in data quality management, and the ability to communicate complex information clearly to a range of stakeholders. You will be confident working independently, using your initiative to solve problems, manage competing priorities, and respond effectively to unexpected demands within a fast-paced healthcare environment.
