Job summary

Fawkes & Reece London on a Kensington site-based project is seeking an Information Manager to lead the management and maintenance of all project information and documentation, ensuring the integrity of the project CDE and related systems.

You will train teammates, maintain traceability from initiation through to handover, and ensure consistent information management practices across the live project team.

• Extensive experience with Asite platform.
• Experience managing project information and documentation.

Information Manager Role - Asite

Full-time, permanent position

Location: Fully site based in Kensington

Need to come from a strong construction background

Need to have extensive experience of Asite

This role is for a key member of the site-based project team, where you will be responsible for the management and maintenance of all project related information and documentation, maintaining the structure of the project common data environment (CDE), the project WIP environment and other Information Management systems where applicable (ie Field Management). The Information Manager or Regional Digital Delivery Manager will support and mentor this role.

You will act as the main point of contact on the project for all matters in relation to the project information management process including providing training, support, and ongoing communication with all members of the project team.

The role will focus on ensuring information management consistency across a live project, rigorously maintaining control and traceability of the documentation from project initiation, through to completion and hand over.
