Job summary

Kenna Recruitment is recruiting for an Information Manager to join a well-established construction business on a major London project. You will manage project information and support the team, with a focus on reporting and stakeholder engagement.

The ideal candidate will have strong Asite experience, confidence in presenting information to varied stakeholders, and a proactive, organised approach to information management. The role is initially onsite with potential for hybrid working later.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as an Information Manager.
• Proficient in Asite.
• Ability to produce reports and present data clearly.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain project information through Asite.
• Produce and manage regular reports for the project team.
• Attend and contribute to stakeholder meetings.
• Work closely with internal and external teams to ensure information is managed effectively.
• Monitor information and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support and improve information management processes.
• Act as a key point of contact for information management across the project.
