Leicestershire County Council is seeking a proactive Information Management Support Officer to coordinate FOI requests and maintain accurate data across Children and Family Services.
You will support data quality initiatives, compile management information, and provide technical help as needed within a collaborative team environment.

Salary: £26,832 - £28,146 per annum (pro rata for part time) (pay award pending)
Working Hours:37 hours per week Monday to Friday
Contract Type: Fixed term until 31/03/2028

We are looking for a proactive and organised individual to support information management and technology processes across Children and Family Services. The role involves coordinating Freedom of Information (FOI) requests in line with statutory requirements, maintaining accurate data and records, supporting data quality initiatives, and providing management information and technical support where required. Working closely with a range of partners and colleagues, you will help ensure services are delivered effectively to children and families while demonstrating flexibility, teamwork, and a commitment to supporting others.
