We are delighted to have been instructed on this new Dispute Resolution role with our client, a full-service international Law Firm. The firm is currently seeking an Associate/Solicitor Associate to join its leading Infrastructure, Construction & Energy Disputes team (ICE); the location of the post is flexible and can be based in either Aberdeen, Edinburgh or Glasgow.
The post-holder can expect to advise on a broad range of energy, construction and engineering disputes and will be largely involved in the team’s business development activities. To be considered for this role, you should be a qualified Lawyer with a minimum of 3 years’ PQE, up to Legal Director level, with extensive experience in contentious construction (energy) and dispute resolution. While previous project management experience is desirable, it is not essential.
This is a full-time position and a great opportunity to work closely with a variety of different partners and associates and develop new skills within this area of law.
