University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire NHS Trust in Coventry is seeking a proactive Information Governance Administrator to join our busy IG Unit. You will support minute-taking, governance administration, and delivery of information governance services across the Trust.

Responsibilities include registration authority support, user registrations, smartcard management, system access maintenance, and maintaining records and audit trails.

Competenze

• Experience with minute taking and delivering governance-related administration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and data handling.
• Ability to maintain records, prepare audits, and support training on information governance.

Mansioni

• Provide Registration Authority (RA) and administrative support to the IG Unit.
• Assist with user registration, smartcard management, and system access maintenance.
• Deliver IG services across the Trust, advise on data protection and confidentiality requirements.
• Contribute to staff training and maintain audit trails in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements.
