Job summary

Kier Group plc. in Waterbeach is seeking an Information Co-ordinator to drive information management across projects, ensuring ISO 19650 compliance and alignment with Kier standards.

You will join a team of over 30 professionals, manage the project Common Data Environment (CDE), train users, and act as the primary liaison with client teams, designers and subcontractors.

Strong communication, data handling, and knowledge of EDMS and Microsoft 365 are essential.

Qualifications

• Clear communication with multidisciplinary design teams, client teams, and supply chain
• Experience handling large volumes of data from multiple sources
• Competence with EDMS, Viewpoint 4Projects and Microsoft 365 apps (Excel, Teams, SharePoint)

Responsibilities

• Managing the CDE for the lifecycle of the project and in line with Kier procedures and standards
• Acting as the main point of contact for ongoing support and coaching, including third parties such as client teams, designers, and subcontractors
• Validating, checking and curating all incoming and outgoing project documentation to the CDE including receipt, classification, verification, registry, distribution, and retrieval
• Configuring and preparing status reports on workflows, sample submissions, TQs, RFIs, and other reportable data to inform digital dashboards
• Managing and hosting training sessions for new users of the project CDE, either with groups or on an individual basis
