Job summary

South Tyneside and Sunderland NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an Information Assistant to join the Business Intelligence Team within the Performance and Information Management service. You will support information requests, manage reporting and ensure data governance to support patient care.

The role offers flexible, hybrid working arrangements and opportunities to grow skills in data management, Power BI and NHS reporting while collaborating with analysts and stakeholders across the Trust.

Qualifications

• Understanding of IM&T Security and Data Protection.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of data administration good practice.
• Ability to prioritise workload to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work under pressure and use own initiative.

Responsibilities

• Provide efficient, effective and timely support to ensure information and analysis are available to internal/external services.
• Maintain internal information reports and governance requirements, oversee Power BI accessibility and GDPR Safe haven protocols.
• Contribute to delivering the Directorate's shared vision and support patient care.
