To provide accurate, concise and clear information to support the Trust in its business and clinical processes. Analyse and manipulate complex data sets and wider information issues to produce high quality information reporting, both internally to stakeholders and externally via national reporting and statutory returns.
Maintain, develop and enhance work systems to support reporting processes particularly with reference to hospital flow, and elective care. Ensure that all CCG submissions are returned on time and that the data reported is accurate. To maintain and develop the Business Intelligence’s good relationship with all external agencies at all levels.

These roles are based within the Business Intelligence Unit at Gloucestershire Hospitals Foundation Trust. The ideal candidates will have strong analytical capabilities, along with the ability to effectively communicate and present complex information to a range of different stakeholders. The candidate will need to be able to work under pressure and be able to prioritise their own workload when there are conflicting deadlines.

As part of the Information Management and Technology (IM&T) Directorate within the Corporate Division, Business Intelligence is central to shaping the Trust's operational and clinical strategies.
