Job summary

Atos seeks an experienced Informatica Subject Matter Expert (SME) to lead data transformation programmes, ensuring Informatica workloads and pipelines are re-platformed to modern cloud environments while preserving data quality and operational continuity.

You will partner with architects, data engineers and stakeholders to define migration strategies, validate outcomes and drive successful adoption of new solutions in a hybrid UK-based setting.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with Informatica PowerCenter and/or Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS).
• Strong expertise in ETL development, data integration, and source-to-target data mapping.
• Proven experience delivering data migration, validation, reconciliation, and data quality initiatives.
• Strong understanding of enterprise data architectures and integration patterns.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, mentoring, and knowledge transfer capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance on Informatica architecture, mappings, integration patterns, and cloud re-platforming approaches.
• Define ETL migration strategies, source-to-target mapping methodologies, and validation approaches in collaboration with delivery teams.
• Support the development of High-Level Designs (HLDs), Low-Level Designs (LLDs), technical documentation, and knowledge articles.
• Assure data pipeline integrity throughout migration, testing, validation, and dual-running activities.
• Mentor and guide Informatica engineers and project teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.
