Job summary

Atos is seeking an experienced Informatica Subject Matter Expert (SME) to lead and consult on major data transformation programmes, ensuring Informatica workloads are re-platformed to cloud environments while preserving data quality and operational continuity.

You will work with architects, data engineers and stakeholders to define migration strategies, validate outcomes, and support successful adoption of new solutions, mentoring teams along the way.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with Informatica PowerCenter and/or IICS.
• Strong expertise in ETL development, data integration, and source-to-target data mapping.
• Proven experience delivering data migration, validation, reconciliation, and data quality initiatives.
• Strong understanding of enterprise data architectures and integration patterns.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, mentoring, and knowledge transfer capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance on Informatica architecture, mappings, integration patterns, and cloud re-platforming approaches.
• Define ETL migration strategies, source-to-target mapping methodologies, and validation approaches in collaboration with delivery teams.
• Support the development of High-Level Designs (HLDs), Low-Level Designs (LLDs), technical documentation, and knowledge articles.
• Assure data pipeline integrity throughout migration, testing, validation, and dual-running activities.
• Mentor and guide Informatica engineers and project teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.
