Job summary

Atos is seeking an experienced Informatica SME to lead data transformation programmes, re-platforming Informatica workloads to modern cloud environments while maintaining data quality and operational continuity.

You will define migration strategies, work with architects and engineers, and mentor delivery teams across complex data projects. UK-based hybrid work is supported with onsite attendance as needed.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with Informatica PowerCenter and/or Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS).
• Strong expertise in ETL development, data integration, and source-to-target data mapping.
• Proven experience delivering data migration, validation, reconciliation, and data quality initiatives.
• Strong understanding of enterprise data architectures and integration patterns.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, mentoring, and knowledge transfer capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance on Informatica architecture, mappings, integration patterns, and cloud re-platforming approaches.
• Define ETL migration strategies, source-to-target mapping methodologies, and validation approaches in collaboration with delivery teams.
• Support the development of High-Level Designs (HLDs), Low-Level Designs (LLDs), technical documentation, and knowledge articles.
• Assure data pipeline integrity throughout migration, testing, validation, and dual-running activities.
• Mentor and guide Informatica engineers and project teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.
