Job summary

Justmylook in Cleckheaton is seeking an organised, creative Influencer, PR & Community Executive to own influencer relationships, PR outreach, gifting and creator activity for a fast-moving beauty retailer.

You’ll bring around 2 years’ experience in influencer marketing, PR or creator partnerships, manage outreach and monthly PR box rollout, and work with the wider social team to amplify campaigns. This is an in-office role five days a week.

Qualifications

• 2 years' experience in influencer marketing, PR, social, or creator partnerships.
• Proven ability to build and maintain influencer relationships.
• Experience with PR outreach and external communications.
• Knowledge of beauty influencer landscape and brand fit.
• Strong organisational and project management skills.
• Creative, commercially minded and able to generate new ideas.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify relevant influencers and creators across TikTok and Instagram.
• Build and maintain a structured influencer and PR database.
• Manage creator relationships, communication and PR outreach.
• Own the monthly PR box rollout from concept to delivery and coverage.
• Develop new gifting, seeding and PR opportunities.
• Support influencer campaigns from outreach through to completion.
• Manage creator outreach, deliverables and deadlines.
• Build influencer guest lists and manage outreach for events.
• Identify emerging creators, trends and potential brand advocates.
• Monitor creator content, PR coverage and campaign results.
• Work with the wider social team to amplify creator and PR activity.
