Job summary

Justmylook in Cleckheaton is hiring a Senior Social Content Creator to own the creative direction across Instagram and TikTok, taking ideas from concept through execution. You’ll develop social-first concepts, create and edit Reels, Stories, UGC and short-form video, turn trends into engaging content, build hooks and recurring formats, and support influencer activity and gifting.

This is an in-office, five-days-a-week role with real creative ownership as part of a growing beauty brand shaping

We’re looking for a creatively ambitious Senior Social Content Creator who’s ready to take ownership of the creative direction across Instagram and TikTok. If you’re the person who spots a trend, instantly thinks “Justmylook could do this”, and knows exactly what makes someone stop scrolling - we want to hear from you.

About the role :

This is more than just creating content. You’ll help shape the creative direction of Justmylook’s social presence, taking ideas from concept through to execution.

You’ll be:

• Developing social-first creative concepts across TikTok and Instagram
• Creating and editing Reels, Stories, UGC and short-form video
• Turning trends, cultural moments and commercial priorities into engaging content
• Developing strong hooks, recurring formats and creative series
• Supporting PR outreach, influencer activity, gifting and campaigns
• Taking creative ideas from initial concept through to final execution
• Testing new formats and using performance insights to improve content
• Helping raise the creative standards across the wider social team
