Position Overview

Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for influencer marketing and a talent for building authentic brand connections? We're looking for a Freelance Influencer Associate Director to help lead innovative campaigns, foster impactful partnerships, and shape compelling brand narratives. If you thrive on both big-picture thinking and detailed execution, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Leadership: Develop and deliver multi-platform influencer strategies (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and more) that align with overall brand and business objectives.
2. Campaign Management: Oversee end-to-end influencer campaigns—from creative concepting and influencer sourcing to negotiations, briefings, execution, and reporting.
3. Talent Partnerships: Build and maintain strong relationships with content creators, talent agencies, and management teams; identify influencers that align with brand values and target audiences.
4. Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, creative, and social teams to ensure consistent messaging and integrated campaign execution.
5. Performance & Insights: Track KPIs, evaluate performance, and create detailed reports and insights to inform future activities.

Qualifications:

1. Strong experience in influencer marketing, talent partnerships, or a related field (either agency-side or in-house).
2. In-depth knowledge of social platforms, creator tools (e.g., CreatorIQ, Tagger, or similar), and current digital trends.
3. Demonstrable experience leading teams or projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
4. A strong creative instinct with the ability to spot culturally relevant and brand-aligned talent.
5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.
6. A strategic mindset with attention to detail and delivery.
