Job Description:

We are looking for a (Senior) Influencer Account Manager to join this highly impressive global agency. This role is tasked with delivering best-in-class client service and executing end-to-end influencer campaigns across a variety of brands and platforms.

Sectors include Travel, FMCG, Sport, Music & Culture.

The role is influencer-focused; however, experience in social media and celebrity management is advantageous.

PLEASE NOTE - This role is based 4-5 days in the central London HQ.

The Role

• End-to-end delivery of social/influencer projects.
• Be the primary point of contact for clients and build strong relationships.
• An understanding of social channels including: Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitch.
• Stay up to date with the latest social media trends and digital technologies to support new business briefs and upsells to existing clients.
• Lead in influencer identification using various tools and vetting processes.
• Track and analyze campaign insights, providing recommendations for client reports.
• Manage campaign budgets and track expenses.
• Support in finding opportunities to expand existing client relationships and drive new business growth through upselling.
• Continuously develop relationships with talent agents.
• Support junior team members in their work and development.

The Person

• Ideally at least 3 years of experience in Influencer or Social Media roles—preferably agency experience, but relevant in-house brand experience is also considered.
• Passionate about influencer marketing at all levels—from micro to macro campaigns.
• An understanding of the wider digital marketing mix beyond social media would be advantageous.
• Ability to tap into the Gen-Z mindset.
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach.
• Ability to start quickly and build relationships internally and externally.
• Willing to work in the office 4-5 days a week.
