Job Description

The successful Influencer Marketing Manager will have the following responsibilities:

  • Lead the UK&I influencer/creator marketing programme, from strategy to execution.
  • Develop and deliver tactical plans that align with broader marketing goals.
  • Innovate to boost reach and engagement across B2B and B2C audiences.
  • Own end-to-end campaign management, from talent discovery to briefing, production, and evaluation.
  • Drive the creation and roll out of influencer briefs and content kits.
  • Partner with social and content teams to deliver engaging, influencer-led content.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and finance to support campaign success.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Influencer Marketing Manager should have:

  • A minimum of 4 years of influencer marketing experience or related transferable skills (e.g. PR).
  • Client or Marketing/PR agency experience and knowledge of the technology sector.
  • A proven track record of leading and implementing strategic influencer marketing plans within scope and budget and achieving set goals.
  • An affinity for technology and the importance of clear and consistent benefit led communication.
  • Competence in understanding UK&I requirements and relevant advertising restrictions, regulations and best practice around Influencer Marketing.
  • Excellent organisation, interpersonal, and written and verbal communications skills is a requirement.
