Role Overview

We’re looking for a Senior Influencer Marketing Manager to lead our growth on the influencer front. You’ll play a key role in building and developing this function from the ground up. You will set the strategy, processes, and partnerships that drive real impact across our products.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the full influencer marketing pipeline: outreach, negotiation, execution, and reporting
  • Collaborate with media buyers, creatives, and product teams to launch high-converting campaigns
  • Track performance metrics, optimize fast, and scale top-performing partnerships
  • Build and maintain a global network of creators across TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram
  • Ensure all creator content aligns with our brand values, quality standards, and legal guidelines

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing (agency or client side)
  • Proven track record managing creators at scale
  • Strong negotiation, organization, and communication skills
  • Performance mindset: you know how to optimize for CPI, ROAS, and CPA targets.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
