Dentsu Creative is seeking a proactive coordinator to support client campaigns and influencer-led initiatives from London. The role involves keeping proposals and project work running smoothly, inputting jobs into Paprika, and assisting with invoicing and stakeholder communication.

You will work with a hybrid London-based team, contributing to creative solutions and ensuring delivery against client KPIs. This 6-month fixed-term contract offers exposure to diverse brands and collaboration across

Qualifications

• Awareness of latest market developments and trends.
• Managing creative content RFP processes.
• Broad understanding of tools, systems and processes needed to operate at level.
• Strong service ethic and positive outlook.
• Experience with influencer campaigns and project management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates invoicing and payment process.
• Inputting jobs onto Paprika and updating it regularly.
• Support Manager in delivering client service through project management.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure KPI-achievable briefs.
• Implement campaigns from conception to completion with the team.
• Influencer outreach and managing campaign communications.
• Build and maintain client, agency, and partner relationships.
• Deliver high-quality execution of full campaigns.
• Know how to use and utilise relevant tools.
• Maintain case study library and team resources.
