Lancashire and South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an Infection Prevention & Control Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our IPC Team. The post holder will provide expert advice, education and leadership to ensure compliance with national standards and high-quality patient care across our Trust.

• Registered nurse with substantial infection prevention and control experience.
• Experience in developing and implementing IPC policies and conducting audits.
• Strong leadership and ability to educate multidisciplinary teams.

Responsabilidades

• Provide expert IPC advice to clinical staff on planning, implementing and evaluating care.
• Lead and participate in surveys and audits to monitor IPC compliance.
• Develop, update and disseminate local IPC policies and guidelines.
