Job summary

NHS Western Isles is recruiting an Infection Prevention and Control Administrator to support the IPCT with a comprehensive administrative service. The role requires a self-motivated approach, computer literacy, and a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated administrator with reliable office skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages would be advantageous.
• Ability to manage a busy administrative service and support IPCT team

Responsibilities

• Maintain a comprehensive administrative service for the Infection Prevention and Control Team (IPCT).
• Ensure the day-to-day running of the office is well-maintained and assist the team with issues as they arise.
• Provide clerical support and respond to routine queries as needed.
