Exeter College is seeking a dedicated Industry Placement facilitator based at our Exeter site to secure and coordinate work placements for learners. You’ll work closely with employers and the curriculum team to design and deliver work experience that prepares students for the world of work.

You will influence employers, engage diverse partners, and drive placement targets, with a potential 20% annual bonus for successful outcomes. Ambition, collaboration and energy underpin our approach.

Qualifications

• Passionate about securing inspiring work placements for learners.
• Excellent communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Based at Exeter site with ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support development and delivery of work experience programs for learners.
• Persuade employers to partner with the College for placements.
• Collaborate with employers and curriculum team to meet placement targets.
• Contribute to placement target attainment and learner outcomes.
