Colchester Institute is seeking a Work Related and Placement Learning Manager to lead college-wide work-related activity, including work experience and T Level placements. You will develop policies, monitor compliance, and build strong employer partnerships across curricular areas to deliver high-quality work-based learning.

Responsabilidades

• Design and maintain a College-wide framework for all work-related activity with clear processes and quality standards.
• Develop and review policies and procedures for work-related activity in line with funding rules.
• Coordinate work-related activity across curriculum areas to ensure meaningful learner work experience hours.
• Ensure a consistent learner experience of work-related activity across programmes.
• Collaborate with Inclusive Learning Support and curriculum teams to enhance accessibility.
• Maintain professional experiences for employers involved in work-related activity.
• Secure and grow employer capacity for work experience and T Level placements.
