Job summary

Buckinghamshire College Group in Aylesbury is recruiting an Industry Placement Officer. The role is full-time (37 hours per week) across 52 weeks per annum, based at the Aylesbury Campus. The successful candidate will generate new placements, build sustainable employer relationships, and collaborate with staff to align work placements with learners' progression goals.

Responsibilities

• Generating new placement and work experience opportunities and hosting students with employers.
• Developing strong employer relationships to ensure sustainable placements.
• Liaising with teaching staff to ensure placements provide opportunities for learners' progression in technical and work-related skills.
