Job summary

Buckinghamshire College Group is seeking an Apprenticeship Training Supervisor in Aylesbury to manage a caseload of apprentices and oversee end point assessments. You will build strong employer partnerships and ensure high-quality training provision across apprenticeship programs.

The role requires a highly organised, customer-focused individual with a passion for apprenticeships and a track record of delivering excellent learner experiences.

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment and onboarding of employers and apprentices, providing information, advice, draft plans, and support for apprenticeship funds, ensuring a smooth start to the programs.
• Develop positive relationships with employers, keep them updated on their apprentice's training, and address any concerns to ensure a high satisfaction rate.
• Develop action plans with employers and apprentices, set targets, and motivate apprentices to achieve their apprenticeship and advance their careers and track performance.
• Carry out tri-partite reviews with employers and their apprentices.
• Deliver the Professional Development/WISPA group tutorials and teach the students content which is of benefit from a meaningful programme.
• Effectively communicate with employers, apprentices, staff, parents and students.
